For the past 16 years, computers and programming have taken up the vast majority of my time. 10 of those years have been learning the inner workings of PHP and it’s vast array of potential. I’ve worked for companies such as Interactive Intelligence, Lexmark, Inc., Clear Channel Communications and HSR Business to Business. I’m currenly the Senior PHP developer for Triton Media.
The Open Source community is a huge part of who I am. I have written for PHP Architect Magazine, volunteered as a moderator for Devnetwork, and now write articles that hope to encourage the same excitement about innovation and learning I had when starting to get serious about PHP development. I’m a firm believer in Jesus Christ, and I also believe that PHP is a scripting language rather than a programming language 
I am currently living in Cincinnati, OH with my beautiful wife.
